NEXT HOSTED EDITION September 21-26, 2026 —
TRAVEL BY TEXTILESEEKERS
Travel by TextileSeekers unfolds through Hosted Editions designed as cultural encounters rather than conventional itineraries.
Each edition is shaped through careful curation, long-term relationships and access to environments where making traditions and creative practice remain part of daily life.
Groups are intentionally small, allowing time for observation, conversation and meaningful exchange. Encounters develop through presence and shared experience rather than staged demonstrations.
Each Hosted Edition offers participants an opportunity to step into environments where culture is actively practiced, allowing perspective to develop through proximity, dialogue and time spent together.
VIETNAM
HOSTED EDITION – Mai Chau
The first time I arrived in Hanoi, I was overwhelmed. That distinctive cacophony of motorbikes, horns and a city moving at pace was all-consuming and difficult to read. However, riding through the tree-lined boulevards of the old French quarter, I sensed a change – after all, Hanoi reveals itself to those who look closely in layers, and each one became clearer only when I stopped trying to keep up.

“AN AWE-INSPIRING TRIP”
"If you're looking for an awe-inspiring trip that is authentic, sensitive to indigenous cultures, encompasses extraordinary natural landscapes and gives back - this is the trip for you.
I'm feeling incredibly honoured to have experienced such a beautifully curated trip with TextileSeekers, taking in the vibrancy of historic Hanoi and spending time with women of the indigenous tribes of the Sa Pa mountain region, learning their traditional textile craft and experiencing parts of their everyday life in this most beautiful part of the world. This trip is grounding yet luxurious, the accommodation and views are beyond spectacular."

“IT SLOWED ME DOWN, LET ME BE IN THE MOMENT”
“This is a trip for anyone who adores nature, craft, textiles, community, food and, authenticity. If you are curious, adventurous, creative or simply seek something different, travel with Thao. I left with an appreciation of Vietnamese art and tradition, the time it really takes to create something beautiful, of the pioneering spirit of these women and their values on family, heritage and each other. It slowed me down, let me be in the moment, made me aware of all the work, time and passion that we do not see. I want to discover more, travel deeper, explore the entire world with TextileSeekers. Roam the planet with passionate people whenever you can.”
